Online registration closes on Friday, May 3rd at 6 pm.

Packet pick up and in person registration is only in the park on race day from 9-9:45 am.

Registration Fees:

• 8.4 mile Adults: $40 ($45 after April 2, $50 on race day)
• 5k Adults: $25 ($30 after April 2, $35 on race day)
• Both Races 17 & under: $15 ($20 on race day)
• 1 mile Kids Fun Run: free (donations accepted)
• Prices do not include RunSignup fees
• In person registration (not through RunSignup) is $10 more

T-Shirt: $15 (Not guaranteed to be available after April 30th.)

No Refunds: all Steamboat Springs Running Series races benefit local non-profit organizations.

The Cog Run is a challenging 8.4 mile out and back course on Routt County Road #76. This race has approximately 3 miles of steep uphill and 3 miles of steep downhill slope with the turnaround point at the top of the Hayden Cog. Race offers spectacular views of the Yampa Valley.

The 5k run is out and back following the same direction as the longer race. You will cross the bridge spanning the river and turn around a half mile or so after the road turns to dirt.

One water station provided for on the 8.4 mile course ONLY, minimal aid station for the 5k. In an effort to go cupless, we ask that you bring your own device for carrying water.

The awards ceremony will be following the race in the park.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place males and females.

Every participant is automatically entered in our prize raffle, which will follow the awards ceremony.
